Your day trek to Triund starts from Gallu temple or from Bhagsunag. Arrive early morning at Gallu or Bhagsunag at 8am. Start your trek here. As soon as you start you will have enough time to explore Triund. On arrival at Triund take a rest for a while. Later have your lunch and explore Triund for a hour time. Now trek down to McLeod Ganj.
